All orders will be shipped and tracked via Australia post. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 1 business day of orders being placed.

Australian Shipping

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $200.00
• Flat rate $10.00 standard shipping on all orders under $200.00
• Flat rate $15.00 Express Post shipping also available.

International Shipping

• Flat rate $25.00 for International shipping to selected countries.

Once your order has been fulfilled and sent, you will receive an email from us with your Australia Post tracking number. 

We hope you love your new purchase, however in the unlikely event you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer the following returns policy.

We offer an exchange or refund on FULL PRICED* items (including full priced items that are purchased with the 15% off first order discount) when:

• Items are returned in original, brand new condition including all packaging with all tags attached.
• Items have not been worn, damaged, altered or washed and are in the exact condition in which they were sent out. There must be no smells of perfumes, washing powders or any makeup/fake tan marks. If your return does not meet these requirements, it will be returned back to the sender at the customer's expense.
• Items must be received back to us within 14 days from the dispatch date.  Items must be returned using post services with a tracking number, as we will not be liable for any returns lost in transit.
• Shipping on returned or exchanged items will be at the cost of the customer. For exchanges, shipping both ways will be at the cost of the customer.
• Exchange stock will not be fulfilled until the originally ordered item has been received back to us and in the required condition to meet an exchange or refund.
• To secure your exchange stock, we recommend placing a new order for the required product. Once the originally ordered item has been received back to us and in the required condition we will process a refund to your original payment method.

* Eyewear, Jewellery, Headwear, Candles, Sprays, Oils and Balms cannot be returned or exchanged.

PLEASE NOTE: All SALE items or any reduced items in any sale or promotion are FINAL SALE and not eligible to be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund under any circumstances.

Please email your return request to hello@bloomlivingco.com.au within 48 hours of your order being delivered including details of the item(s) and reason for the return.

Once your return has been recevied we will process your exchange or refund.

Preorder items will be shipped within the timeframe indicated in the product details. Should there be any unforeseen delays, we will inform you as quickly as possible.

Please note that if you purchase additional items along with your preorder, they will be shipped together once the preorder item is in stock. To have them shipped separately, please place a separate order. If you’ve already included other items with your preorder and wish to receive them separately, please email us at hello@bloomlivingco.com.au and we can send you a separate shipping invoice.

We make every effort to ensure that all items shipped to you are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that the item is faulty, please contact us by email within 48 hours of your order being delivered at hello@bloomlivingco.com.au with an image and description of the fault along with your order number.
