We hope you love your new purchase, however in the unlikely event you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer the following returns policy.
We offer an exchange or refund on FULL PRICED* items (including full priced items that are purchased with the 15% off first order discount) when:
- Items are returned in original, brand new condition including all packaging with all tags attached.
- Items have not been worn, damaged, altered or washed and are in the exact condition in which they were sent out. There must be no smells of perfumes, washing powders or any makeup/fake tan marks. If your return does not meet these requirements, it will be returned back to the sender at the customer's expense.
- Items must be received back to us within 14 days from the dispatch date. Items must be returned using post services with a tracking number, as we will not be liable for any returns lost in transit.
- Shipping on returned or exchanged items will be at the cost of the customer. For exchanges, shipping both ways will be at the cost of the customer.
- Exchange stock will not be fulfilled until the originally ordered item has been received back to us and in the required condition to meet an exchange or refund.
- To secure your exchange stock, we recommend placing a new order for the required product. Once the originally ordered item has been received back to us and in the required condition we will process a refund to your original payment method.
* Eyewear, Jewellery, Headwear, Candles, Sprays, Oils and Balms cannot be returned or exchanged.
PLEASE NOTE: All SALE items or any reduced items in any sale or promotion are FINAL SALE and not eligible to be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund under any circumstances.
