We hope you love your new purchase, however in the unlikely event you are not 100% happy with your purchase, we offer the following returns policy.
We offer an exchange or refund on full priced items, only when:
- Items are returned in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Items have not been worn, damaged, altered or washed and are in the exact condition in which they were sent out.
- Item ordered is wrongly described or different.
- Items must be received within 14 days from receiving the item. We recommend using post services with tracking when returning goods as we will not be liable for returns lost in transit.
- Shipping both ways on exchanged items will be at the cost of the customer.
- Exchange stock will not be fulfilled until the originally ordered item has been received back to us and in the required condition to meet an exchange or refund.
- To secure your exchange stock, we recommend placing a new order for the required product. Once the originally ordered item has been received back to us and in the required condition we will process a refund to your original payment method.
How to Return an Item:
