All orders placed over $100 at our store will earn store credit rewards to your customer account that can be used on your next order. The store credits applied depend on the total value of your order:

Earn Store Credits

• Spend $100 earn $5 store credit
• Spend $200 earn $15 store credit
• Spend $300 earn $25 store credit
• Spend $500 earn $50 store credit

Spend value is calculated on your order total excluding any shipping costs.

To view your store credit rewards balance, log in to your account and go to your account profile page.

Store credit will be available to use on any order over $100. To use your store credit:

• Shop our store and add items to your cart.
• Log in to your account
• Proceed to checkout
• Your store credit balance will be available in the Store credit section (if the order value is over $100)
• Select Apply store credit to use your store credit
• Complete checkout

NOTE: Customers will retain any unused store credit towards further future orders (within the expiry date).

The following terms and conditions apply to store credits:

• Store credits will be issued immediately after purchase
• Store credits will expire 30 days from date of issue
• Store credits CAN be used in conjunction with discount codes.
• Store credits can NOT be used to purchase gift cards or redeemed for cash.
• Store credits will be cancelled/removed or adjusted if an order/part order is refunded and no longer qualifies for a store credit reward.
• In the event that store credit obtained from a previous purchase has been used, and an item from a previous order that contributed to a store credit is returned for refund, the store credit amount will be deducted from the refund amount for the returned item
• Store credits can not be combined with another customer account, or transferred to another person.
